1:03 am - Long time no update!!

Ok, so Im a journal slacker..... I havent been on the computer nearly as much anymore, this chair is very uncomfy!
Not much to update, Kris is almost done with his senior year of college! Seems like yesterday I was helping him move into the dorm. He has another semester left to finish his major, possibly 2, to finish his minor as well. He will be interning this summer and this fall, and will hopefully be done next spring.
We have a long list of summer projects, and will be starting those soon, we have to agree on a brown to paint our kitchen table and chairs, that green isnt cutting it.. I think that'll be our first project....fun fun fun!!
Its finally becoming bearable outside on a regular basis, we've been staying above 50 degrees, so that rocks! Im ready for summer!!!

12:54 am - Our car is back....

So we went to the impound lot and got the car out (After paying $133 for them towing it....) The lock on the passenger side door was popped out, they peeled the column, and tried to pop the trunk open with a crow bar or something, but they couldnt get it open... The stole 2 baseball hats, some cassette tapes, but LEFT 2 quarts of oil in the back seat (that weren't ours).... WTF? There was some beer cans stuck under the seat, next to an empty parmesan cheese container...and the car reaked like gravy and black and mild cigars..... They went about 140 miles in the car, but it was dumped 3 miles from our house.... So we need a new trunk, a new door lock and a new steering coloumn... and we will installing a kill switch so it cant be stolen again. But atleast we have the car back.
Today is my little sisters birthday, we're going to go to Olive Garden for dinner and have ice cream cake at the house afterwards, its her golden birthday, so I went with my dad to pick out a bracelet for her. Kris and I got her a comforter...she recently redid her room in black and red, and she never got a comforter and she's been complaining about her blue gingham comforter for a while, so we searched all over hell to find a black comforter (you think they'd be easier to find...its black for crying out loud! )
So that was my lovely day..... bleh.

3:17 pm - What a 24 hours it has been!!!

I came out of our apartment yesterday at about 2, to find that our car had been stolen. I was freaking out, and Kris wasnt, mainly because I use the car way more than he does. So Kris called me today at 1:50 to tell me that the car had been found abandoned somewhere. We're going to the impound lot later with my dad to take a look at it. If its just a broken wondow and peeled steering wheel we'll be happy. I figured whoever stole it just went for a joyride, otherwise they would have taken something a little better than the buick! Im just relieved that I'll have a car again by this weekend!! Yay!!!!

Kris and I went to dinner tonight for valentines day, since he has a crappy week ahead school wise. We ended up at Olive Garden, and I ate like a million and five breadsticks... then I had the stuffed shells, and ate it all...I felt like a huge pig...especially since Kris didnt finish his food. Ive been out eating him alot lately lately and its freaking me out....ugh!!!

3:11 pm - A new Day

A new day brings new things......Im feeling better after leaving.Kris has noticed the difference... of course he's happy Im spending more time at OLU since I had to really convince him to pay the $25 to join, lol.
I think if I didnt have the babies, I'd be more upset.... but Ive made it into my second tri and I'm breathing alot easier. Thats has helped alot. UW seems so stupid and trivial now.
In other news, I am finally able to sleep!! I went two sleepless nights and I made up for it last night! I feel much better....I need to get mah ass moving soon and wash my hair, Kris and I are going to dinner tonight and possibly a movie, for valentines day because mon/tues/wed are really busy for him, so we're doing valentines day tonight, its our last one alone :) hehehe

5:10 pm - I'm over it

I woke up today to find myself relieved to released from UW.... I've been thinking about leaving for a while, the way things are being handled there just doesnt sit right with me anymore. I wanted to wait it out and was hoping things would change when I was booted. Am I pissed? You betcha.... Hurt, disapointed...yeah. But its best for me to not be there anymore. After 3 years of being on UW, alot of that time in admin, I thought I meant something to the people there, wrong!! I was tossed aside like a piece of trash without a second thought.
I received a few pm's from a couple of the Cls, but for the most part I havent heard a damn thing from any of the people who called themselves my friends. Am I surprised? No. All the sugary "Oh honey lots of hugs..." crap is just that, sugary crap. You're a friend as long as you're in the group. Am I being bitchy right now? Yep... do I care if I hurt feelings? No. Why should I? Very few of them gave a crap.... and in a few weeks I will be forgotten.
*sigh* right now this is going to be public...but if you're lurking please post, or I will be going to friends only.
